Church Grace vs Works.
It is not easy to find a church that has the Gospel Paul was given.
They constantly mix it with what Jesus said about the Kingdom of God.
Yes, that will happen, but prior to our rapture by the power of God to our Lord, we are under grace!
Many attack that plain good news by saying the warnings Paul, Jesus, Jude, John, and James gave.
They frustrate the grace of God constantly.
And all 0f us will if we depend on ourselves or anything else for victory!
Nor do they give the blessed hope of the Lord coming for His Bride.
Do they know better?
No.
But they are for all purposes Christians.
It is not for any of us to say saved or unsaved, ever.
But it is our job to give the Gospel out.
Good news it is.
Read Galatians.
Galatians 1:6-8
I marvel that you are so soon removed from Him who called you into the grace of Christ unto another
Gospel
Which is not another, but there be some that trouble you and would pervert the Gospel of Christ.
But though we (The Apostle Paul and those with him) or an angel from heaven preach any other Gospel
unto you than that which we preached unto you, let him be cursed.
Was Paul being mean?
No!
He loved these people. But others had come along insulting his message and giving doubts on it.
They, no matter who they were or are, adding anything at all to that Gospel are preaching another
Jesus.
Why?
Jesus said “It is finished”! and he meant it!
All…finished. Done.
That includes our living for God and walking with God.
Remember this!
Hebrews Chapter 10:4, speaks of Abel.
Murdered by Cain.
Why?
Cain presented a carnal sacrifice, bypassing the blood sacrifice.
It may well have been a beautiful offering with flowers and vegetables because Cain farmed and plowed.
It has been stated well that he was too self-righteous to slay an animal as instructed by God, but had
zero issue killing his brother.
But the Word says Cain’s sacrifice was evil. His works were evil. But how? Outside the cross even then,
ignoring the promise of the power of the blood, Cain ignored the only way he could be saved and
sanctified by God.
That is exactly what the churches are doing now.
Because they have fallen from grace.
The kind good works are replacing the cross of Christ.
Constantly speaking about the failures of Saints and sin is overcoming the overcomers.
I want to say that good works are manifested through the cross being the object of faith.
They will come.
They should not dominate our relationship with God who wants to use us for service.
It is a hard thing to grasp because the flesh wants praise.
It is a prideful thing, Satan’s original sin.
He was proud and refused to serve God.
But the next chapter gives a great revelation to us!
Hebrews 10:5-6
By faith, Enoch was translated that he should not see death, and was not found because God had
translated him.
For before his translation (removed from one place to another place), he had this testimony: that he
pleased God.
But without faith it is impossible to please him; for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and
that he is a rewarder to those who diligently seek him.
That says translation which means rapture.
Enoch is the pre flood example of the Saint being taken out of this world without death, the rapture.
Paul called it our blessed hope.
After Enoch, Noah is mentioned.
I teach the true Cross of Christ.
That offends people.
That is what Satan constantly opposes.
Why?
To bring the faith given to us away from that resurrection power that keeps us IN CHRIST JESUS.
That is where we must be always.
The only people Jesus agued with were extremely self-Righteous religious people.
They were unbelievers in Him.
Unbelief is rampart now.
We must understand just what Jude did mean and contend(agonize)for The Faith we have been given by
the words of the Apostles.
Pray about this.
The Holy Spirit is who brings that power but only through THE Faith created by Jesus.
Not us.
I pray The Father in the Name of Jesus this helps because no amount of talking about evil can replace
the power of the blood of Christ.
